About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Remote School Psychologist to support K–12 students in Nevada through virtual services. In this role, you will conduct assessments, participate in special education eligibility decisions, provide mental health consultation, and collaborate with educators and families — all in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual psychoeducational evaluations, including cognitive, academic, social-emotional, and behavioral assessments.
- Analyze data and write comprehensive, legally compliant reports to determine eligibility for special education services.
- Provide virtual counseling and behavioral support services to students, as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement academic and behavioral interventions.
- Support implementation of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks.
- Maintain accurate records, comply with IDEA, FERPA, and Nevada state laws.
Requirements
- Valid Nevada School Psychologist license issued by the Nevada Department of Education.
- Educational Specialist (Ed.S.), Master’s, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from a NASP-accredited program.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in school settings preferred.
- Prior virtual/teletherapy experience is a plus but not required.
- Reside in the U.S. and be authorized to work with students in Nevada.
