About the role
The Testing Director will oversee testing for complex applications integrating into the Workday system, including the design and implementation of testing frameworks, execution of release testing, and establishment of test automation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and align holistic QA testing objectives with business goals
- Oversight of the QA Testing team to execute deliverables
- Create and execute comprehensive roadmaps for quality solutions
- Develop and execute the end-to-end test strategy and master test plan
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop, refine, and optimize quality assurance testing processes
- Lead and motivate the QA Testing team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality requirements
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives
- Implement quality assurance standards and processes
- Conduct audits and assessments to maintain compliance
- Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality
- Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on quality metrics
Requirements
- Experience in ERP test management and large-scale IT programs
- In-depth knowledge of various ERP modules and testing methodologies
- Strategic mindset and ability to assess risk
- Ability to think critically and develop effective solutions
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders
