Responsible for effectively managing and monitoring the sales of an integrated communication structure to small-to-medium business customers
Responsibilities
- Supports and ensures sales results in the direct sales channels
- Maintains expertise on Company's products/services
- Ensures competence and continuity of qualified small-to-medium business Account Executives
- Develops, plans and coordinates sale promotions and incentives
- Monitors employee performance
- Counsels and advises employees
- Addresses personnel issues/performance issues
- Prepares, analyzes and maintains records of individual, as well as group, sales and performance activities
