About the role
The Juvenile Rehabilitation Classification Program Specialist 3 - Statewide will work directly with both youth and staff at JR's Secure and Community Facilities
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze behavioral, legal, and treatment data to determine appropriate classification levels for youth
- Collaborate with DCYF Hearings to ensure Administrative Infraction Hearings occur appropriately and on schedule
- Prepare and deliver clear, defensible testimony for administrative or legal hearings as needed
- Perform additional duties related to data reporting, policy review, and program support as assigned
Requirements
- Six years of combined education and experience in juvenile or adult justice programs
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or a related social services field
- Two years of experience analyzing and reporting formal case management or legal documentation
