Clinical Pharmacist

• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.

• Active pharmacist license in the relevant state(s).
• Proven experience as a Clinical Pharmacist in hospital or clinical settings.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical therapies and drug interactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
