• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Linguistics, Language Studies or a related AI systems field
• Proven experience in localization and internationalization of software products, preferably AI systems
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large data sets to identify trends and patterns
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with local partners and stakeholders
• Strong project skills and attention to detail
• Deep understanding of the Spanish language, culture, and market context

• Develop and implement strategies for localizing AI systems into Spanish
• Assist in translating content in various formats, including digital and print media, audio and video media, and other communication channels from Spanish into English
• Test AI systems throughout their development cycles to ensure robustness, accuracy, relevance, and cultural appropriateness in the context of Spanish language
• Identify gaps or errors in the AI language model for the Spanish language and collaborate with developers to implement updates that improve accuracy and relevance
• Collaborate with developers and testers to optimize Spanish language data and training data
• Build and maintain terminology databases and glossaries for AI systems for Spanish language
• Provide feedback on areas for improvements in the Spanish language data and training data for AI systems
