About the role

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Manage network planning for Google's global production Edge network
  • Lead projects that align with the Network Supply Plan’s weekly and monthly release cycles
  • Facilitate the publication of network plans by managing topology changes through regional reviews and Change Control Board processes
  • Define and monitor key business metrics, such as process time and SLA adherence, to optimize the throughput of new planning queues
  • Provide technical expertise to automate workflows and collaborate with partner teams (GND, GNS) to resolve process ambiguities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 years of experience in program management
  • 3 years of experience in network capacity planning
