Remittance Tracking Operations Analyst

• Analyzing a queue of work related to revenue cycle success
• Timely and accurate resolution of claims to resolve open accounts receivable (AR)
• Research, and resolution of claims/records through thorough research
• Contacting payers through established channels (portal, phone etc.)
• Identifying trends, data analysis and process improvement/workflow enhancements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2-4 years of professional experience
• Claim revenue cycle experience preferred
• Effective communication and business writing skills
• Microsoft Office Suite, basic computer skills including proficient typing and navigation
