Registered Behavior Technician

A position is available for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support K-12 students in a school setting in Santa Rosa, CA. This contract role runs from ASAP through the end of the current school year, offering 28.5 to 30 hours per week. The caseload will be determined based on experience and individual strengths, providing an opportunity to work across a diverse grade range.

• Deliver one-on-one and small group ABA therapy services to students
• Collect and record data to track student progress
• Follow behavior intervention plans developed by BCBA supervisors
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure cohesive support
• Maintain professional documentation and confidentiality

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies
• Ability to implement individualized behavior plans
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with educators and families
