Director, Customer Engineering, AI Infrastructure, Google Cloud, APAC

As the APAC Director of Customer Engineering for AI Infrastructure, you will lead a high-performing team of executive customer engineers and field solution architects across the APAC region

• Lead, mentor, develop and inspire a team of executive customer engineers and field solution architects
• Support Google Cloud sales teams to incubate, pilot and deploy Google Cloud’s leading AI offering and industry leading AI accelerators
• Help customers innovate faster with solutions using Google Cloud’s AI technology and AI infrastructure accelerators
• Align with multiple AI functions including product engineering, product infrastructure, cloud sales and demand management
• Facilitate C-level relationships with APAC AI and infrastructure customers
• Drive the adoption of Google Cloud AI technology and infrastructure by supporting sales and working with customers and product management

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 15 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
• 10 years of experience in developing AI concepts, technologies and platforms
• 5 years of experience leading and managing technical teams in a geographically-dispersed environment
• Experience working with digital natives and enterprise customers
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its AI services
• Experience leading and motivating high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience building and leading high-performing, multi-site technology teams
• Excellent presentation skills
