• Provides individualized dementia-related counseling, support, and training to unpaid caregivers and people living with dementia
• Provides information and referral services; conducts needs assessments; authorizes appropriate services and facilitates access with application or enrollment support

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral, human services, or social services or related field
• Two years of paid social service experience, or BA and four years paid social service experience
