Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. Implements and monitors patient care plans. Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

• Provide direct nursing care

• Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs

• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required
• Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required
