About the role

The Principal Associate will serve as the hands-on execution expert, focusing on the direct delivery of events, experiences, and operational activities.

Responsibilities

  • Event Strategy & coordination -
  • Project and Vendor Management
  • Stakeholder management-
  • Program Support & administration-
  • Maintain documentation, track metrics and provide reporting to measure impact and inform improvements.
  • Coordinate communication and campaigns to maximize associate participation and engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in event planning, project management, or operations management
  • At least 2 years of experience in vendor relationship management or procurement
  • At least 1 year of experience in vendor relationship management or procurement
