Principal Associate, Communications - Retail Bank

We are looking for a highly skilled communicator to join the Capital One Retail Bank communications team. This role requires someone who can not only produce high-quality content but also act as a central coordinator, driving synergy and efficiency across multiple communication efforts.

• Lead the coordination of the internal editorial calendar and repository
• Collaborate with multiple communications managers to develop and produce a wide range of written communications
• Act as a strategic consultant on content timing and delivery
• Own the end-to-end production of monthly newsletters
• Write and publish internal intranet articles
• Manage and produce a weekly Slack newsletter
• Develop presentational and written materials for seasonal communication initiatives
• Provide occasional support for crafting announcements related to team structure changes
• Manage and maintain accurate distribution lists for various client groups
• Utilize existing tools to track and analyze the metrics and performance of written communications
