Telemetry Nurse (RN)

• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data to detect any abnormalities timely
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, with attention to cardiac-related conditions
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and escalate care when necessary
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations

• Active RN licensure with telemetry nursing experience
• Strong knowledge of cardiac rhythms and telemetry equipment
• Excellent assessment and clinical judgment skills
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and high-acuity settings
