Supervising Paralegal 2, Regional Services Division Office, Everett

The Attorney General’s Office is recruiting for a permanent full-time Paralegal 2 in the Regional Services Division. This position is located in Everett, Washington, and is represented by the Washington Federation of State Employees (WFSE).

• Providing litigation support of juvenile litigation cases for the Department of Children, Youth and Families.
• Supervising assigned professional staff.
• Providing litigation support of state matters in the Regional Services Division’s Everett Office.
• Representing the Department of Children, Youth and Families, Department of Social and Health Services, and the Department of Labor and Industries in litigation.
• Performing work within the following court venues: Superior Courts for Snohomish and Island Counties, as well as before the Office of Administrative Hearings.

• Four years of experience through: Paralegal certification, Two-year paralegal degree, Paraprofessional experience in support of an attorney, or Three years’ experience as a Paralegal 1 in Washington State Service.
