SaaS System Administrator

The SaaS System Administrator plays a key role in ensuring secure, efficient, and reliable delivery of Software-as-a-Service platforms that support critical business functions

• Optimize system performance, enhance service delivery, and contribute to equitable and scalable technology solutions
• Provide technical support to users, resolve issues and answer questions
• Implement and enforce security best practices, addressing any identified risk
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly
• Develop processes and provide reporting analysis on operations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Four years of paid IT experience in an enterprise environment
• Three years in an IT System Administration – Entry position within the last 6 years
• Two years of experience in the administration and management of SaaS platforms
• Two years of experience in the implementation of security principles and best practices
