Learning & Development Program Manager - Hardware Engineering

We are looking for someone to help drive the expansion, implementation, and facilitation of our employee development and technical programs

• Expand current initiatives and programs designed to enhance the experience and development of all HWE employees
• Facilitate the expansion, implementation, and facilitation of employee development and technical programs
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across Apple
• Use data to track the efficacy of initiatives and implement methods of collecting feedback
• Apply what is learned to continuously iterate, change, and improve programs and practices

• 2+ years creating and facilitating technical trainings
• Comfort speaking in front of large, diverse, and global audiences
• Experience with influencing senior leadership, preferably in a technical organization
• Proven success building meaningful business relationships, leading global cross-functional teams, and managing partner expectations
• Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey information in a variety of formats
• Ability to prioritize and allocate attention among multiple tasks while adhering to strict schedules and program deadlines
• Comfortable receiving and implementing feedback to continuously improve
