• Delegating, supervising, and documenting patient care and education for both patients and their families.
• Effective communication with the healthcare team is essential to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Actively participate in identifying and resolving any discrepancies or challenges related to patient goals, ensuring timely and appropriate implementation of corrective measures.

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with a focus in Psychiatric Nursing (RN-Psych)
• Proven skills in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Strong leadership and delegation abilities
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and patients’ families
• Experience in psychiatric or mental health settings preferred
