About the role

Responsible for leading strategic initiatives, regulatory compliance reviews, and accreditation readiness across credentialing operations. Analyze complex data and build corresponding KPIs to identify risk-based opportunities. Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational efficiency. Lead and execute compliance audits and risk assessments across credentialing and operational workflows. Engage national credentialing teams holistically for continuous improvement initiatives. Provide cross-functional support and guidance. Prepare high-level reporting, including trend analyses, compliance insights, and strategic recommendations for leadership. Identify areas of compliance risk and recommend corrective actions. Develop and communicate audit frameworks, project plans, and timeline deliverables to cross-functional stakeholders. Conduct root cause analysis of compliance gaps and develop corrective action plans aligned with accreditation standards. Develop and maintain operational metrics dashboards to support compliance and accreditation objectives. Support full-cycle NCQA accreditation efforts, including survey readiness, documentation validation, and corrective action implementation. Drive awareness of evolving compliance requirements through education and policy/process optimization.

Requirements

  • Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Additional Preferences: Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Health-care, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in health-care compliance, credentialing governance, audit analytics, or regulatory operations, preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in an analyst role, or, demonstrated proficiency in compliance, credentialing, or audit management systems (e.g., MD-Staff, Smartsheet, Tableau, Power BI, preferred).
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable solutions.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Google sheets. Able to create formulas, pivot tables, spreadsheets and draw conclusions from data.
