• Lead informal conferences for appealed safety and health cases
• Review and analyze case files, inspection reports, and evidence
• Negotiate settlements, educate employers on compliance
• Collaborate with internal staff and external stakeholders
• Manage multiple cases under strict timelines

• Six years’ experience as a DOSH Compliance Industrial Safety & Health Investigator or equivalent experience
• Master’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Public Health, Occupational Safety & Health, or related field may substitute for 2 years of required experience
