About the role
Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Work directly with students from kindergarten through 12th grade, adapting strategies based on individual needs and behavioral goals. Collect and record data related to student progress and behavior. Collaborate with educators, therapists, and family members to support student development. Maintain active communication regarding student progress and any concerns.

Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is mandatory.
- Experience working with a K-12 student population preferred.
- Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and data collection.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
