Elder Associate

Join our team as an Elder Associate (CNA) and make a difference in the lives of our Elders. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.

• Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels

• Current state of Michigan certification as a Nursing Assistant
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Successful Completion of Nurse Aide Training Program Required
• BLS Certification Required (Certification Available Upon Hire)
• Annual Influenza Vaccination or Declination Required
