Data Integration Sr Lead Analyst

Citibank, N.A. seeks a Data Integration Senior Lead Analyst for its Long Island City, NY location. Duties: Identify stakeholders and key organizations to build relationships with. Gather, synthesize, and distil detailed information to deliver crisp and succinct executive-level communication. Coordinate with the team on multiple projects including delivery level communications. Develop content for relevant governance forums. Facilitate, coordinate, and arbitrate cross-functional complex problems within and across programs and with senior management. Liaise between the Chief Data Office, Data Leads, and other key partners in the Functions and Lines of Business to progress the Data Transformation agenda and deliver data projects. Liaise with work streams, focusing on broad range of data initiatives including data requirements, Data Quality rules, lineage, and taxonomy. Develop business requirements, process mapping of current and future state processes, communicate applications of new processes, and facilitate the change management program to move to the new process.

• Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, Banking, Business Analytics, or a related field, and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation performing profitability analysis of complex transactions within the financial services industry.
