About the role
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in rehabilitation and long-term care settings
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in rehabilitation and long-term care settings
- Monitor patient health, administer medications, and assist with therapeutic procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and rehabilitation processes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and nursing interventions
- Adhere to facility policies and safety standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
- Current nursing license (RN) with experience in Rehab and Long-Term Care
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Compassionate approach to patient care and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity with electronic health records and regulatory compliance standards
