About the role
The Senior SAP SCM/Manufacturing Functional Lead provides in-depth technical expertise and direction for the design, development, and support of SAP application solutions that enable Abbott's global supply chain/Manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and implement SAP application solutions
- Deliver new capabilities, enhancements, and system maintenance
- Prepare functional and technical specifications
- Ensure the development, testing, and deployment of efficient, cost-effective solutions
Requirements
- Degree in IT and/or a complementary business discipline
- At least 12+ years of experience across SAP-SCM/Manufacturing process areas
- Experience contributing to or leading functional solution architecture in SAP manufacturing environments
- Prior project, program, or people management experience
- Strong problem-determination and root-cause analysis skills
- Excellent collaboration and partnering skills with business and technical stakeholders
