Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day executive-level support to multiple leaders within OCS
  • Represent the office professionally and with discretion across internal and external communications
  • Coordinate complex schedules, handle time-sensitive requests, and track key deliverables
  • Support operational planning, meeting logistics, and document management
  • Act as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for evolving administrative needs across the office

Requirements

  • Six (6) or more years of experience in an office/clerical, secretarial, or general administrative environment
  • Two years of post-secondary education in office, business management, or related field AND Five (5) or more years of experience in an office/clerical, secretarial, or general administrative environment
  • Bachelor's degree in office, business management, or related field, AND Four (4) or more years of experience in an office/clerical, secretarial, or general administrative environment
  • One or more years of experience using Adobe Acrobat Professional and/or Visio
  • Practical skills in Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel for spreadsheet tasks, database management, MS Word for document creation and formatting, and Microsoft Outlook or similar email systems for electronic correspondence and scheduling
