Clinical Safety Manager

The Clinical Safety and Regulatory Manager leads the clinical teams in improving patient safety and ensuring standardization of clinical processes across AdventHealth. Serves as the content expert for local, state, and federal agencies and accrediting bodies, as well as applicable specialty accreditation requirements.

• Leads the clinical teams in improving patient safety and ensuring standardization of clinical processes across AdventHealth.
• Serves as the content expert for local, state, and federal agencies and accrediting bodies, as well as applicable specialty accreditation requirements.
• Responsible for performing routine readiness rounding in clinical areas to identify areas of opportunity and prepare for regulatory or accreditation site visits.
• Partners with physician and clinical leadership during the development of new clinical programs to provide content expertise on regulatory requirements and ensure implementation of standardized clinical processes that are aligned across AdventHealth.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or other allied health related field.
• 5 clinical healthcare experience in an acute care or similar setting.
• Experience with clinical process improvement or project management
• 2 progressive leadership experience.
