• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Provide specialized instruction tailored to meet students' unique needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and related services staff
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed
• Maintain compliance with all federal and state special education laws and procedures

• Active Colorado Department of Education License with Special Education Generalist endorsement
• Experience working with students with cognitive impairments and other disabilities
• Ability to write and implement effective IEPs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Previous experience in an SSN setting is preferred
