About the role
The duty station for this position is in King County, therefore the incumbent will receive 5% premium pay in addition to the salary listed above.
Responsibilities
- Review case files and investigative reports
- Communicate with law enforcement agencies
- Track cases for follow-up and approval
- Create and maintain reports and lists
- Draft letters and correspondence
- Assist staff with records organization and retention
- Prepare travel and training documents
- Create and maintain case lists
- Track due dates and completion of tasks
- Assist with internal audits
Requirements
- At least three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in administrative work
- At least three (3) years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience providing high-level customer service
- Demonstrated excellence in verbal, written, presentation, and listening skills
- An understanding/knowledge of current law enforcement and social justice climate
- Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to following the WSCJTC’s vision, mission, and values
