About the role

The duty station for this position is in King County, therefore the incumbent will receive 5% premium pay in addition to the salary listed above.

Responsibilities

  • Review case files and investigative reports
  • Communicate with law enforcement agencies
  • Track cases for follow-up and approval
  • Create and maintain reports and lists
  • Draft letters and correspondence
  • Assist staff with records organization and retention
  • Prepare travel and training documents
  • Create and maintain case lists
  • Track due dates and completion of tasks
  • Assist with internal audits

Requirements

  • At least three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in administrative work
  • At least three (3) years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated experience providing high-level customer service
  • Demonstrated excellence in verbal, written, presentation, and listening skills
  • An understanding/knowledge of current law enforcement and social justice climate
  • Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to following the WSCJTC’s vision, mission, and values
