Inventory Manager - Customer Support at MCKESSON
Act as the main point of contact for customer communications and escalations Manage formulary swaps, additions, and removals based on pricing and supplier availability Manage backorders by sourcing the product within the McKesson network or finding an alternative NDC Complete monthly customer billing for script fees, supplies, shipping, and returns Conduct bi-weekly shipping reconciliation for packages delivered by carriers Maintain weekly and monthly customer reporting, and create additional reporting as needed Oversee mail order returns and re-ships Ensure receiving, put-away, and decrement functions are executed in a manner that provides optimal accuracy, quality, and process efficiencies Manage daily receipt reconciliation and inventory adjustment requirements Manage CF service level performance Oversee cycle count program Manage physical inventory process Track and manage inventory loss against quarterly goals Ensure inventory compliance and applicable regulatory controls in alignment with established SOPs Collaborate with the operations department to optimize slotting for accuracy and efficiency Manage all pertinent policies, procedures and metrics related to CF inventory Identify opportunities for process improvements and serve as the primary architect for process redesign
Responsibilities

- Complete monthly customer billing for script fees, supplies, shipping, and returns
- Conduct bi-weekly shipping reconciliation for packages delivered by carriers
- Maintain weekly and monthly customer reporting, and create additional reporting as needed
- Oversee mail order returns and re-ships
- Ensure receiving, put-away, and decrement functions are executed in a manner that provides optimal accuracy, quality, and process efficiencies

Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 6+ years of professional experience and 0-2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong SAP or equivalent inventory system experience is a MUST
- Experience with Microsoft Access or an equivalent database such as SQL is a MUST
- 0-2 years Leadership skills, including coaching and developing teams, and employee engagement
- Communication and collaboration
- Must be able to highlight examples of relationship building with internal and external customers
- Strong WMS experience
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and inventory process is a must
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Pharmacy/ Healthcare experience
