The role you'll contribute: This position is a member of Behavioral Health Services Administrative Team and is accountable for special projects, clinical tasks, clerical operations and supportive functions, as well as supervision of designated associates. This will include data and information analysis, development of tools, systems and implementation related to special projects, assisting as required with clinical and clerical operations and supportive functions for AdventHealth Behavioral Health Services. This position develops educational programs and materials for associates, including orientation of new associates; development and implementation of productivity initiatives; and enhancement of associate engagement. This position ensures alignment of assigned projects and programs within Shawnee Mission Behavioral Health and AHSM strategic goals. The Administrative Coordinator is accountable to the Behavioral Health Administrative Team including the Administrative Director, Director of Nursing and Clinical Director. This position also interfaces with the Department of Psychiatry including employed psychiatrists and independent contractors. Seeks out opportunities for cooperative efforts with other AHSM departments, disciplines, and agencies. Analyze and facilitate resolution of complex issues from internal and external clients. Analyzes information for the development of tools and systems. Demonstrates forward-thinking anticipating the needs of others. Qualifications You will be responsible for: Accountable for special projects, clinical operations, clerical operations and supportive functions, as well as supervision of designated associates. Data and information analysis, development of tools and systems related to special projects, supervising implementation of special projects, assisting as required with clinical and clerical operations and supportive functions for Shawnee Mission Behavioral Health Services. Accountable for development, implementation, coordination, and evaluation of short and long range projects. Develops educational programs and materials for associates, including orientation of new associates; development/implementation of productivity initiatives through LEAN processes, and enhancement of associate engagement. Acts as a champion for change by using a comprehensive set of defined skills/methodologies (i.e. Lean Six Sigma or similar programs) and a data driven approach to strategic business planning and execution of work plans. Ensures alignment of assigned projects and programs within Shawnee Mission Behavioral Health and Shawnee Mission Medical Centers strategic goals. Accountable to the Behavioral Health Director of Nursing and Behavioral Health Director of Clinical Services. Exceeds patient and customer expectations. Supervisory responsibilities for assigned staff What will you need? Responsibilities

Requirements
