• Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) license in the state of Michigan
• OR required to earn permanent Michigan Pharmacy Technician license within 1 year
• On the job training and education to help with license requirement available
• PTCB Exam date must be determined and scheduled within 6 months of hire date
• Annual influenza vaccination or declination required
