Requirements
- Pharmacy Technician (PTCB) license in the state of Michigan
- OR required to earn permanent Michigan Pharmacy Technician license within 1 year
- On the job training and education to help with license requirement available
- PTCB Exam date must be determined and scheduled within 6 months of hire date
- Annual influenza vaccination or declination required
