About the role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in the Kyle area. This is a full-time position for the upcoming school year, providing the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in students’ lives through direct speech and language services.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of progress and services provided.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and school policies.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active Texas SLP license required (or eligibility to obtain before start date).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
