About the role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to provide administrative support to the EVP, Chief Technology & Operations Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain clear communication with Chief Technology & Operations Officer on a regular basis and provide updates as needed.
  • Manage highly complex scheduling and travel logistics.
  • Partner with C-Suite and executive admins across Travelers and external organizations to coordinate meetings and events.
  • Coordinate with Communications and Strategy Office on pending projects, meetings, travel and events.
  • Initiate and manage follow-up actions as needed.
  • Responsible for reviewing correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, notes and materials for meetings as needed.
  • Complete general administrative duties such as answering phones, processing expenses, and completing meeting arrangements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of relevant administrative experience, including experience supporting senior executives.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and shifting schedules.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
  • Demonstrated track record of interacting with all levels of an organization.
  • High degree of confidentiality and intellectual curiosity.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
