Operations Supervisor Accelerated Development Program

The Operations Supervisor Accelerated Development Program is designed as a 15–18-month assignment to assist the site Operations Manager with day-to-day tasks and special projects.

• Assisting with planning daily work scheduled
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and six sigma training
• Support site safety programs
• Understanding sites accounting and billing departments for production
• Working with the filling department and filling supervision needs
• Maintenance & engineering of site equipment and operating procedures
• Understand inventory, routing, and shipping procedures
• Human resources exposure: coordinate and plan employee training, development, performance management, and corrective actions.
• Supervision of Site Operating teams
• Exposure to timekeeping and production control systems

• Must have a bachelor's degree or higher by the start of this development program.
• Must be willing to relocate for the position AND upon completion of the program.
• Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.8
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
• Must have at least one (1) year of experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Power Point
