Software Engineer II - Excel Agent

Designs, implements, and optimizes AI-powered features and agentic workflows by leveraging evaluation, telemetry, and guardrails to ensure reliable, responsible behavior at scale; iterates quickly based on data and customer feedback.

• Designs, implements, and optimizes AI-powered features and agentic workflows
• Leverages and proactively adopts AI-assisted development tools
• Works closely with product, design, and applied science partners
• Acts as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) on-call
• Breaks down larger work into well-scoped tasks
• Reuses shared components and patterns
• Contributes improvements to code quality, reliability, observability, and engineering standards

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience
• 2+ years experience using AI and agentic coding tools
• 2+ years experience working in high scale service architectures
• 2+ years experience working across teams to deliver shared solutions to complex problems
