All the benefits and perks you need for you and your family: Benefits from Day One Paid Days Off from Day One Career Development Whole Person Wellbeing Resources Mental Health Resources and Support Schedule: Full Time Shift : Days, 7AM-3:30PM Location: 800 N Magnolia Ave, Suite 500 Orlando FL 32751 The community you'll be caring for: AdventHealth Orlando Located on a lush tropical campus, our flagship hospital, 1,368-bed AdventHealth Orlando Serves as the major tertiary facility for much of the Southeast, the Caribbean and South America AdventHealth Orlando houses one of the largest Emergency Departments and largest cardiac catheterization labs in the country We are already one of the busiest hospitals in the nation, providing service excellence to more than 32,000 inpatients and 125,000 outpatients each year The role you'll contribute: The Pharmacy Inventory Integrity Analyst supports pharmacy operations and is responsible for data collection and analysis for pharmacy savings projects. Supports the clinical teams and value analysis process through data collection and analysis to aid in decision making. Includes creating ad-hoc and recurring reports using various analytical tools. Reports to leadership on utilization, validation and tracking opportunities. Oversees 340B operations and collaborates with Corporate 340B stakeholders to assure compliance with all Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) rules. Provides oversight of the Drug Replacement Program and actively manages the program or works through contracted third-party service vendors to meet program metrics including expanded patient clinical access, operational performance, and financial savings per campus. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. The value you'll bring to the team: Oversees the execution of the 340B program, including monitoring accumulation trends, overseeing split billing systems, and ensuring audit readiness. Proactively identifies compliance risks and implements improvements to sustain regulatory compliance and uphold program integrity across pharmacy entities and contracted partners. Manages pharmacy patient medication assistance and drug replacement programs from enrollment to medication delivery. Ensures documentation accuracy, monitors manufacturer eligibility changes, and coordinates vendor relationships to meet clinical access and financial targets. Directs cross-functional projects that advance resource stewardship, strengthen pharmacy supply chain resiliency, and enhance operational reliability. Leads initiatives that drive enterprise innovation, promote sustainability, and support business optimization. Ensures accuracy, consistency, and audit-readiness of pharmacy supply chain and inventory data across systems and reports. Reconciles digital inventory with physical audits, correct automation counts, and leads semiannual medication inventory valuation.
