About the role
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs. Implement occupational therapy services that promote the educational goals and functional abilities of elementary-aged children. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to monitor progress and adjust therapy goals. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines.

Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Occupational Therapy license valid in California
- Prior experience in schools or pediatrics is preferred, demonstrating capability in child-centered therapeutic interventions
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with educators and families to support student success
