About the role
Our Bilingual Tele-Health Nurse will provide service to English and Spanish speaking patients, caregivers, healthcare providers and their staff in support of prescription and specialty drugs through inbound and outbound telephonic interactions relative to program and regulatory requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic and electronic service and support of English and Spanish speaking stakeholders
- Coordinate the collection of patient specific clinical data required to support adherence to regulatory program requirements and therapy protocols
Requirements
- Bilingual, Spanish speaking – Language proficiency test required
- Nurse licensure is required
