• Provides technical clinical and programming assistance
• Integrates into all accounts
• Builds trust and relationships
• Establishes strong rapport with customers
• Provides sales support, clinical in-services, training, and guidance
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of assigned accounts and customers
• Supports all Company initiatives
• Assists hospital procedures
• Provides technical support and device and system troubleshooting
• Complies with US Food and Drug (FDA) regulations

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Science or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Proficient in English and Spanish
