Remote Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Support Students in Clovis, NM

VocoVision is seeking a skilled Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) to provide remote support to K-12 students in Clovis, New Mexico. In this role, you will help students develop communication skills, access the curriculum, and achieve academic success—all in a fully virtual learning environment.

• Deliver virtual instruction and support to students who are deaf or hard of hearing.
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
• Collaborate with parents, general education teachers, and support staff to ensure comprehensive student support.
• Track student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed.
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations and interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with New Mexico educational standards.

• Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
• Valid New Mexico teaching license with DHH endorsement.
• Experience teaching students who are deaf or hard of hearing (virtual experience preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
