About the role
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in a K-12 school setting located in Port Saint Lucie, FL. This contract position spans the full school year (CSY), providing comprehensive speech therapy services to support student communication and language development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language assessments for students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school district guidelines
- Provide consultative services and support to classroom staff regarding communication strategies
Requirements
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
