About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for quarterly, budget and LRP planning for TV churn, one of the most important areas of the business
- Ability to work with Data Science teams to understand baseline trends with a curious mind and overlay business initiatives by working with the various commercial and finance stakeholders
- Produce insightful analyses and recommendations for cohorts & trends requiring commercial focus – to reduce churn/cost, increase revenue
- Have a good understanding of the overlay initiatives and basis of business cases with a questioning mindset
- Be able to spot emerging trends on KPIS and share insight with key stakeholders to help drive performance
- Be able to explain trends in detail when required but also have the ability to summarise at high level
- Ability to model one off impacts such as churn holiday due to the change in contract lengths
- Collaborate with our Trading, Performance, Customer Service, Data, and Finance teams to maintain performance momentum and deliver our quarterly and yearly commercial targets
Requirements
- You’ll be a strategic thinker – able to take complex ideas and simplify them into a plan that is forward looking and puts the customer first
- You’ll be brilliant at translating insight into a plan that drive momentum and strong business performance
- You’ll be very commercially aware and numerate, able to size commercial opportunities and influence your network to keep us focused on what’s important
- You’ll have strong analytical skills and be confident using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint – producing packs with trends/insights that cut through complexity and lead straight to a decision
- You’ll be excellent at collaborating with several stakeholders, and skilled at communicating up, down and across the organisation
- You’ll be a strong communicator, confident at presenting your recommendations across the organisation and able to bring stakeholders on a journey
