• Consult with senior executives, other HRBPs, and HR partner groups to drive business success
• Lead senior executives in translating the business strategy into a talent strategy
• Assess Human Capital risks for the business and develop remediation strategies
• Leverage key trends and/or gaps to incorporate within strategic decisions and talent plan
• Manage employment practice risk weighing short and long term impacts

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 9 years of client facing or consulting experience in Human Resources
• At least 3 years of direct people leadership experience
