Admissions Nurse

Part-time, .6 FTE (3 days per week 9am-5:30pm) No weekends, holidays or call. The Admissions Nurse is responsible for assessing, admitting, and transitioning patients into the appropriate level of care within the facility.

• Conducts comprehensive assessments of patients upon arrival
• Collaborates with physicians, care managers, and other healthcare staff

• 1-3 years of nursing experience in an acute care or admissions setting
