IV/TPN Pharmacy Technician

• Perform sterile compounding with a focus on TPN preparation
• Maintain cleanroom standards and adhere to USP 797/800 guidelines
• Collaborate with pharmacists and team members to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Utilize CPR+ system for workflow and documentation

• Previous IV/TPN compounding experience
• Experience with CPR+ strongly preferred
• Active Kentucky pharmacy technician license (PTCB certification preferred)
