Talent Acquisition Supervisor

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor supports the Recruitment team in supervising all aspects of recruiting, metrics and relationships between the recruiters and the facility.

• Develops a proactive and innovative recruitment strategy to identify, recruit, and source talent to meet internal recruiting staffing goals.
• Assists team members with day-to-day operations and reports to management on urgent matters.

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 years of Work Experience
• Experience with hiring events or fairs
• Experience with internet-based talent sourcing tools such as job boards, social Talent sites and overall strong technical proficiency social networking, talent search engines, social media, and candidate databases
