About the role
Leveraging the Universal Destinations & Experiences brand, the Manager, Talent Sourcing develops and executes sourcing strategies to support staffing goals for the exempt workforce for both current roles and a pipeline for future openings. Proactively searches for qualified candidates (active and passive) for exempt to executive-level roles. Supports the company’s philosophy of inclusion during the hiring process providing a slate of qualified candidates for final consideration. Nurtures talent pools and actively review open and upcoming positions to align talent pools with emerging opportunities.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 5+ years talent acquisition / recruitment experience
- Knowledge of high-volume recruitment, interviewing, selection processes
