Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, on-site position in a Minnesota school district. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting students’ communication growth under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.

• Provide direct speech and language services under SLP supervision
• Implement therapy plans and document session data
• Collaborate with school staff and support student progress

• Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting
• OR Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders (per new MN requirements)
• Eligible for or currently hold MN SLPA certification/license
• School-based experience preferred
• Experience with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) devices strongly preferred
